My reaction :
I totally agree with this quote because it is a proven fact that these state test don't prove anything, but that all students aren't great test takers. I remember when I was in grade school and I had to take a test. Personally I am not the best test taker but I can sit down with anyone and speak to them about anything. When I got my results back I saw that a kid who wasn't that intellectual received a higher grade than I did. So I believe it is not about what you put on piece of paper that should be measured. It should what is in your brain that you can express.
